Device

Mtn is the worst to ever deal with. I received my device on the 6th of August, 4 days later****h August) it stopped working. The Monday (12 August), I've been trying to get a hold of ANYONE who can help me with my situation, a few consultants told me to rather call the company in charge of the device, which is VASCO CONNECT. They too are just too bad, no consult ever answers the phone. Till today no consultant has given me a better feedback, at the end of the month they expect to debit money from my account. The device has been in the box till today. I'm honestly disappointed. I really think I should just sell the device to settle there money.
