Device and contract cancelation.

Im lodging a complaint against Cassim Zondo from MTN Direct Sales, I phoned to request an additional router with a Sim card/number to be added on my contract, a router was delivered with no SIM card for the last past 7days was sent to pillar to post with no assistance whatsoever until Cassim phoned last Friday to inform me that the router will be collected and forwarded the call to Collections department and was told by Collections department that they don't collect new returned devices

I lodge a complaint to Twitter no assistance whatsoever no one has contacted me to collect the device.

I have been a loyal client to MTN for more than 10yrs to receive such level of service is disgusting.

Can some cancel the contract and collect the device.
