I had a 2 year contract with Mtn, in the initial year 2010 got an unauthorized upgrade, tried to get the upgrade cancelled, as I wasn't financially sound then, and already 2 months in arrears...no luck!!<br> Mtn told me to get affidavit saying I didn't authorise the upgrade.. I got the affidavit, sent it in, got no RSVP<br> Contract was suspended, called in, resent the affidavit a few times, no RSVP...was shunted from department to department...and nothing after that<br> Now am being hounded by Mtn lawyers (SSDA) asking for R18000 odd for a less than R300 a month 2 year contract, 5 years after...and the only issue I have is they won't give me a detailed breakdown of the money I supposedly owe..except a breakdown of their legal fees<br> I am willing to pay, but I just need clarity
