Despicable upgrade service

i have been an MTN customer for over 12 years, my lines are constantly in credit i have 3 lines with MTN however i am unable to upgrade due to credit limit - this is absolutely disgusting you have no issues when our accounts are in credit but will decline our upgrades i am totally disgusted by this and will soon be taking my business else where
