Despicable service MTN
I upgraded my package on the phone with these clowns and the deal was device and router. Device arrives router does not. I have been calling since May to get this sorted and getting thrown from pillar to post No Help whatsoever. They are full of empty we will call you back but never do of late they don't even give a ref no because the "system is giving issues" Once they get your business they treat you like ******* when you have a problem. Before all I wanted was the router now I want this upgrade cancelled MTN DDES NOT DESERVE MY CASH
