Despicable service

Ridiculous service at MTN, trying to cancel a contract is the most difficult task at MTN SA. First you cannot cancel your contract at any stores. You have to call in. When you do call in to cancel. The people called service champions do not even provide you with important information Re migrating from a contract to a prepaid. Then you are told by a Supervisor that your line will be reconnected after migrating to prepaid, within 2 - 24 hours. After 72 hours I still cannot make or receive calls. I called again and i get told that I will be reconnected within 2 - 24 hours again. What poor and lowest standard of service in this day and age.....
