Despicable Service

I lost my almost brand new cellphone on the weekend. Monday 02 September 2019 i went to MTN Columbine Square to do a sim swap. The individuals name i dealt with is Yentil, i was told that they require proof of residence, certified copy of my ID and a affidavit from the police station before they can proceed with the sim swap. Yesterday 05 September i took all the required information back to the same store and dealt with the same individual who attempted to do the sim swap for me. After quiet some time of waiting she advised it is done and should take a few hours to activate. This morning i received a sms prompting me to dial *173*3# for sim swap. I attempted it and it failed. I dialed 173 and spoke to Gloria who was the least of anything close to helpful. She advised that my number had been flagged for *****!, for the life of me i cant understand why, if followed your process, i gave in all the documents needed for a sim swap now my number is flagged for ***** but according to your MTN branch it was done yesterday. Its nearly a week without my number, i need this sorted out and i need it sorted out now. I will escalate this this to every platform possible until i get this resolved. As a MTN client i followed all your instructions. Between your head office and branch someone messed up somewhere now i have to suffer.I have huge network and will make this very ugly if its not resolved in the next two hours. Your staff are so *********** and are unable to provide a first time resolution!!
