Despicable MTN

I app**** for a contract cancellation at MTN Canal walk on 2 June. 2 months later I am still being billed for my aged contract. When asked for assistance I was blatantly told by Jean-Lee that this cannot be done without a reference number, alluding to the fact that the contract was probably not cancelled due to my account being in arrears. He also mentioned that the store holds no records of documents signed by customers as "they have no space". Very unhelpful and overall putrid service from MTN Canal Walk. I went to the MTN SP outside the mall and was assisted with ease and with no hassles.
