DESPICABLE - CONTRACT *******

Client with MTN for 12 years plus. I negotiated an upgrade with MTN to only then understand that Vodacom offers a much better deal saving over R7000 a year. MTN renegotiated the contract (2nd round) - but still had the audacity to charge me the original contract quoted and now want to cut my phone off for an amount of R160 outstanding due to THEIR FAULT. This is not the first time this has happened. Similar incidence reported with someone else I know. Rude, despicable and totally unacceptable MTN. Calling this morning being told "sorry our system requires you to pay the outstanding amount - even though it's their fault and my phone is now cut for calls!" So sick and tired of this Mobile Provider and regret not swinging my business to Vodacom.
