DESPICABLE BEHAVIOUR -

My phones were ****** during a house breaking. As per 135 - as long as you have the IMEI number , we can block it. Unfortunately that is not the case. Friday , I called 7 TIMES To report it. 3 LOVELY consultants hung up on me , kept saying bye bye bye whilst speaking. I spoke to 3 consultants who helped me and understood. I have had contracts for years (10 to be exact) and this level of service is absolutely pathetic. They cant even match IMEI numbers on the BOX ! Terrible service and alll contracts to be cancelled
