Despicable aatitude
i have called countless time to get a simple query resolved but no (again MTN) you get greeted by grumpy agents who drops your call before even hearing what you have to say, I am really really upset and tired of this kind of service . im tired of always running to social media to get assistance at MTN. I am NOT calling the call center again YOU will call me back.
