Desperation with MTN

Endless calls to the MTN Call Centre re *****ulent activities on my cell phone and my bill now surpassing the R11000 mark wrongfully has ended up in us receiving a letter that MTN wants to hand us over. We are desperate to resolve the issue but MTN is just not interested!!!
