Desperate for complaint resolution

Lodged a formal complaint on the 29th of Sept and told there was a 24 business hour turnaround time. No outcome or contact made so i phoned and a lovely lady helped me but she couldnt escalate my complaint and had to lodge a new one with a turnaround of 2 to 3 working days.
