Deposit not reflecting on MOMO account

I deposited funds into momo account using Ozow even today the account is not credited. I tried reaching out to MOMO but consultants are of no help and the hang up before letting me what to expect

I'm so disappointed please credit my account because OZOW says the deposit was successful
