Deplorable service from MTN Gardens Centre Cape Town

I have purchased a Huawei P40 from MTN Gardens Centre Cape Town and had to come back thrice before I was able to take my phone due to their systems being down.

In all the time I was in the store, not one of their salespeople advised me to have the phone registered on Huawei's website to qualify for the 100 days screen insurance. Long story short, my phone fell and the screen cracked (with phone cover and screen protector) within the first 100 days of having purchased it and when I spoke to the store manager, she advised me that someone would get back to me - I was also very unhappy that I was not advised that Google Play Store is not available on Huawei P40.

More than a month then went by with me calling the store and being told that the manager is busy (Carmen) and that the area manager would get back to me (Quanita Nortje) with not a single response.

The service from the area manager was deplorable, Carmen did try and assist but didn't seem to get any assistance from her area manager either.

They have since advised me that I am more than welcome to book my phone in for a repair for more than R3000!!!

Unacceptable service from both the salespeople and MTN in general - all they want is the sale.

I will be cancelling with MTN as soon as my contract has expired.
