Deplorable MTN Retention Department!!! Calls never answered

Deplorable service from MTN or should i say lack thereof. I have made numerous attempts to contact retention department to no avail. Im frustrated and even think of reversing my debit as im billed for a contract i no longer want but cant cancel.
