Deplorable and careless service from MTN!

After being ****** I have been waiting for MTN to do a sim swap. They promise 25-48 hours but it's going over 72 hours - starting with some *********** staff at Brooklyn Mall who did not request my profile to be unblocked, to a consultant who did not even pay attention to my call, to endless calls to get my life back! I do not have access to my emails as the recovery OTP comes via my MTN number *** and I don't know what the people who stole my phone are seeing in my emails as I have not been able to change my password! Perhaps that is why MTN does not use Hellopeter - so that they continue to sh*it on people.
