DEPARTMENT WILL NOT PROCESS MY CANCELLATION

The MTN Retentions Department offers absolutely poor service, I am not surprised why so many people are complaining about it. I have been calling for weeks to cancel my contract with them, they tell me to call them on the 10/10/2020 which was a Saturday only to be told that working hours are between 8-5 on weekdays.. Why would you waste my time and tell me to call in on Saturday when you knew I will not get help? Especially after I doubled checked that I will get help on a Saturday, this morning I called the department twice, each time I was on hold for about 15 minutes till I gave up. After all this terrible service, the still credit my account for their data and airtime. I need this to be reversed. I INFORMED THE DEPARTMENT THAT I WANTED THIS CONTRACT CANCELLED. I do not want to pay for this after going through all the trouble of informing you countless times about my wish to cancel with you.
