Denies my cancelation!

Extremely disappointed. Was led to believe I had a *****ulent upgrade on my name for three years I have been suffering with them to check it out every month I called but nothing now after 3 years they want to hand me over because I owe them for all that time and they say I never cancelled! Consultants are rude the legal team aswel! The consultant from legal kept speaking to me in Afrikaans when my first language is English. If they done their job and told me month 1,2 or 3 I'd understand but we looking at 3 years! And they want the payment in 2 halves! Disgusted for such a huge company!
