Demand to deliver T.V

May you please assist since we bought combo of T.V and cellphone at MTN last year February 2021 and we received only cellphone and they promised that we will get T.V . I tried to send several emails at MTN and no one is taking responsibility to deliver T.V .

I dont know how many customers they are taking their money without full benefits.

Urgent intervention will be appreciated.
