Demand for a settlement letter

STOP using SAYA RECOVERIES. They're so quick when they have to make payment arrangements or Collect settlement amounts! I was told that I will get the settlement letter after 14 working days, then it changed to 21 days. Now it's been more than that! I call them everyday but I don't get a straight answer. I just need the settlement letter, that's all!! They promise to call or send emails but they don't. MTN must really stop using Saya recoveries as their service provider because their services are ****!!!
