Delivery wrong address and dubbel depit

Good day Dubbel debit order on my wifi and im up to date and the best is the delivery was not at my residence i had to collect it after the person phoned me because of wrong address but the best is i gave proof of address, I'm fedup with this, mtn must contact me asap
