Tried toe upgrade on line could not do it because web was not working had to phone waited half an hour before was helped,waited 2 weeks for delivery of phone tried to phone the call center they tol me THEY CAN NOT HELP I must phone at my own cost the find out about phone first number they give me did not work second number the guy told me they tried to phone nobody did try to phone me for delivery will not do upgrade online again very bad service
