Delivery issue!

So please explain the problem with delivering devices through DSV. Twice delivery has been arranged and twice the biometrics authentication failed in two different locations with different devices. The DSV driver tells me of all his deliveries today only one authentication was done successfully and it has been an issue since the start of August. What is being done about the this????? Unacceptable!
