Delivery biometrics that dont work,does not get enough media/social media attention

The biometrics that MTN insists has to be done with delivery of phones,and then does not work, needs to be investigated from an external source,its been going on for far too long.This issue does not get enough attention in the media and on social media.I have had this problem with biometrics on 4 occassions.I ended up not getting a phone because the biometrics failed a second time.Its frustrating and humiliating.Vodacom and Cell C dont use biometrics with phone delivery,and their networks and services do very well and both have a strong customer base.So MTN what is the real reason you want biometrics with delivery?The ***** prevention story seems weak,when other service providers handle ***** prevention without biometrics with delivery.What is actually going on here? For me having another biometrics fail this past week was the very last time I will ever want any kind of service from MTN.The courier doing the delivery was Courier It and told me another attempt for delivery would probably be Monday,I told him I would not be interested,I wont be wasting my time and effort again with MTN,not ever
