Deliberate delays to Cancel cellphone Contract. (MTN)

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction regarding the delay I’ve experienced in canceling my cellphone contract with MTN.

I submitted a request to cancel my contract on 17 October 2024, but despite repeated follow-ups, the cancellation has not yet been processed. The lack of response is quite frustrating and feels deliberate.

I no longer wish to be in any contractual agreement with MTN. I recognize that the account is in arrears, I don't want to pay the arrears amount, All I want is to settle and close the Account.
