Deliberate delay to release deceptive call by MTN.

I was phoned by mtn on June 26th, promised to receive a pocket router to be delivered to my address , When enquiring why im not receiving my router through Twitter, was told to wait as investigations were underway and asking for the recordings. It's been a month now (since 6th July to date) MTN have gone MIA on me . I did weekky follow-ups and Whenever I enquire I get similar reply, "sorry for the delay as we are still waiting for the recordings. Matn is the worst in customers service.
