Delayed repairs

I upgraded my cell phone contract, got the Sony aqua, which I had for one month. The phone switch off and refused to come back on, I took it back to Cresta store where I got it from. It lay in their store for a month without being collected. tried to get hold of the manager on numerous occasions with no avail. Eventually when I got hold of him. all he could say that there is nothing he can do from he's side and that I must wait. Very pathetic answer from a store manager. its almost 2 months now, I have been debited for the monthly contract fee, but is don't have the phone. it is fine for them to take our money, and not service their clients. We paying for something we don't have. <br> <br> Very disgusted with the service from this store and manager.
