Delayed refund

Still waiting on a refund that should have been processed weeks ago. Customer service was unhelpful and kept giving vague excuses instead of real answers and logging a new ticket every time I enquired, basically starting afresh every time I ask for an update. All the tickets logged have no progress( ***, BO***, BO***). I have money sitting in my MTN account and all there is to do is to transfer it to my bank account. I have provided all the documents requested more than twice and I’m still given the run around for over a month. This company needs to improve how it handles refunds and customer communication. Very frustrating experience. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone.
