Delayed order due to fingerprint verification

Extremely disappointed with the service I received. My delivery is delayed and it's been 3 weeks now with no communication , and when I reached out to the customer service team for assistance, I'm getting alot of incompetence and a lack of helpfulness. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, I'm not provided with any meaningful support or solutions. The team's inability to address my concerns is shocking. I would not recommend this company to anyone due to their poor service and lack of accountability. 1/5 stars.
