Delayed Delivery of MTN Internet Service

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the delivery process of my recently ordered Month to Month Uncapped Home Internet 35 Mbps at R499 per month. The order was placed today, and I have already made an upfront payment of R989.10.

Unfortunately, the nominated courier company, DSV, informed me today that the delivery can only be made on July 12. This delay is unacceptable as I need the service to be operational much sooner.

I kindly request that MTN expedite the delivery process or provide an alternative solution to ensure I receive the product promptly.
