Delayed delivery

I did an application with MTN, received 1 phone yesterday and the other hasn't been delivered but it was scheduled for delivery. When I call DSV courier company, they say I should call MTN. When I call MTN no one can help me. I've been calling different departments from 09h00-16h00 with no help.
