Delayed claims

Extremely inefficient when it comes to prioritizing consumer claims. 2 weels with no phone and no constructive feedback. They keep telling me to wait for underwriter's, I have no phone in the meantime. Wish they'd said they would be slow in response when I took the insurance cover fore phone.
