delay tactics
This is the final straw with MTN, I waited almost 20 min to get to speak to an agent, as I would like my cancellation fee as due to poor service and poor coverage that I have been complaining about since 2013 and to date nothing has been done and I bet nothing further will be done on here.<br> <br> I spoke to a call center agent only to be told it takes 3-5 working days to request your cancellation fee????? what???? really I am done with MTN and poor service I will get my cancellation fee and you can kiss my @$$ i am done with this, when ever I have to deal with MTN I am subjected to dealing with *********** staff passing the buck who think that they are the boss.
