Delay on repair of phone

<p>Good afternoon my name is Clinton and I would like to complain about in connection with repairing my Sony M4 Aqua that crashed and it has only been 9 months since i bought the phone and its on a 24 month warrenty. MTN promised to have the phone fixed within a space of 3 weeks, but every time I phone to find out whats the progress on the phone, they keep giving excusses and its been a month now since I sent the phone in they wont even send me a temporary phone while I wait. I'm considering even seuing now beacause this delay is effecting my work</p>
