Delay in receiving the device

The delay with the insurance is not pleasing at all. I payed the excess fee on the 19 dec After so many calls and follow ups today is the 4th jan i am told the device was only ordered on the 31st dec and no one can advise what happend between the day i informed them until the 31st when initialy i was advise i would receive it whin 7days
