Delay in Reactivating Previosuly Suspended Line, no help yet

<p>5th time, perhaps I'll come right this time.</p> <p> </p> <p>To date I have not received any call or feedback. The Alice I dealt with previosuly called me a few times and was very helpful, I dont know which one I'm waiting on now and why I should even wait for her specifically, but anyway..</p> <p>When I emailed your Legal department they confirmed that the number is Active on their side. When I go to an MTN store no one knows who to contact to help or why its not Active. I know it may not be your intention to displease me and all the other nice things you guys manage to type to apppease me but I'm really not impressed , all I want is my number active so I can upgrade, if that can get done even with not so much as an email"apologizing and reassuring me its handled"that would be great. I simply want a phone thats it. ********** is still Inactive, your apologies dont activate it so please dont issue one anymore I have a bag full of them, but the actual issue is not resolved.</p> <p><br /> </p> <p>It is my intention to raise this to the highest office at MTN. This kind of treatment is simply unacceptable!!!! How you take pride in the kind of work and service you have given me is beyond me.</p>
