de*****ing custmers

I so hate MTN had a phone contract tht ended long time ago, I cancelled the contract, with several follow ups and got their acknowledgement receipts. I kept on making follow ups with their nasty unhelpful references Yet they kept on taking my money it's the 3rd month de*****ing my account. If this is how they de***** innocent people to make business they got it wrong. I can't even tell why can't they attend to their customers complaints, at first they made an excuse of a strike this is pure madness. I hate this company will never recommend to any of my family after 17 years of being their loyal customer.
