De*****ed by mtn twice
I had a contract with MTN in 2012 and in January 2014 I received my bill which was way more than my monthly premium. When I enquired about this, they said I had made calls with the sim while I had never used the sim for calls because the sim card was for a modem. I called MTN and even oppenned a case with the police, I still didn't get any help.<br> Now recently in the month end of July the same thing happened with a new contract . They now say I transferred airtime to a number I'm unfami**** with. I just don't know what is happening anymore. Please help. I'm so disappointed with the MTN branch in Umtata.

Thank you for your post.
We apologize for any inconvenience incurred.
As per our system information the SIM card has been used to transfer airtime and data loaded on your SIM card from your SIM card to other cell number. This function can only be done by the holder of the handset.
We will send to you the itemized billing report tomorrow in the morning for July and August month, the report will reflect the cell number the data or airtime has been transferred to. ME2U service is not a free service and for each transaction the account will be billed, the transaction has been done out of bundle rates due to the minutes and data that you received from MTN has been utilized.
Kind Regards.
