DE*****ED BY MTN EMPLOYEE AND TOTAL INACTION FROM MTN TO RESOLVE THE MATTER

I've been de*****ed by an employee of MTN at the Clearwater Mall in Strubensvalley for almost a year. Since I've reported the matter via the various channels in MTN, every week I receive threatening messages from the MTN system that my services will be suspended. Each day I have to write to the kind manager at MTN Clearwater Mall, Bongi, to assist. I am frustrated as I pay my account diligently, and MTN equally diligently suspends my account. No one from MTN comes back to me or gives an indication of when the matter will be resolved and when I will be reimbursed for the money that I was de*****ed.

TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED WITH MTN!!!! PATHETIC!!!
