Definately not MTN's problem
<p>Samsung galaxy s6 /s7 are known to have issues, even by MTN SP itself. When the device breaks and is still under warranty and you take it to them. They tell you "We do not fix devices. You should rather take it to Samsung (at your own costs) , plus they do it for free."</p>

Please be advised that we have tried contacting you however the number goes to voicemail. We note however that the details of the handset have been left out i.e. the job card number or the IMEI for the handset in question for us to view the history of repairs and advice accordingly.
We would like to assure you that we are actively working to improve our service levels.
