Definately no customer service!

Shocking customer service!!!! System is NOT user friendly if you want to speak to a consultant. You first have to listen to a whole lot of garbage and irrelevant nonsense about UNISA students etc before you get to a consultant. Why make it so hard? Are you earning money from us when we phone from a non MTN number? In addition after 20 minutes and speaking to a consultant she put me on hold and never came back to me. Unfriendly, unhelpful and definately not good service. Still didnt get my account which I asked for and not the first time disappointed with your customer service. Only reason I am still with you - I have 3 months till contract expires.
