Thanks for the feedback, a consultant phoned me and I was able to payoff the Debt. The mtn legal department said I'm listed as a default/slow payer and after I pay off the account it will take 14days for my name to be updated on the ITC. I just need to know if MTN will remove the default on my name? Or after receiving payment is MTN obliged to do so?
