Default

Default loaded without a default notice!

I know I am in the wrong and missed some payments on this account due to financial constraints and the pandemic didn't make it any easier, however as soon as I got back to a good financial standing I managed to pay 50% of the amount owed with the intent to settle the remainder on the 25th of this month.

To my surprise when I checked my credit report I found that you guys had already loaded a default under my name and as per NCR a written notice allowing me 20 working days to pay the outstanding was supposed to be issued, however never did I receive an email or posted letter in that regard. But you carried on and listed me anyway.

Could I humbly ask that you get back to me with regards to the above as I would like this matter resolved.
