Defamation of character

I have app**** telepathically for a router with an MTN Call center agent name Jan, As we were working through my application the system declined due to orders that are on my ITC record. this was a complete shock so I called Trans-union for my ITC records with the fear that maybe a ***** has taken place om my ITC, My score and ITC record were in order with 0 Judgements. I called back and requested an explanation to this, He took my details and promised to get back to me to send my Proof of ITC records to prove that I do not have any of the mentioned judgements. How do I follow up ? This is a concern to me because i was declined for something that is not true.
