On the 5th of March I went to MTN Maponya Mall to purchase and Rica a Sim card. I was told the Sim card costs R50 by the employee Maditaba Marumo. I swiped the R50 from my card but later on on the same day I decided to call MTN customer care because I felt I might have been over charged for a mere Sim Card and Rica that does not even come with Data or Airtime. Upo. Calling I was transferred to the ***** department where an agent told me that I was not supposed to have been charged so much money. I called the MTN Maponya Mall store to lay my complaint and the supervisor has since said that she'll return my call of which she didn't till today i am waiting for a resolution
