De*****ed by MTN

Am have been ****med by MTN. I got a month to month contract of router @ R250. The router was couriered and the same day I received the router, I notified MTN that the router is not working. I was taken through many steps to try and fix or active the router but nothing worked. I was told to take to different MTN stores but nothing worked. Until I was advised to cancel the router and sent it back through shipping/ courier. The MTN call center in my town helped to return the router. Same day we called MTN, gave them information they requested including my proof of payment and bank statements. I got a message afterwards, indicating that the router is back and received. A month passed without my refund. I called to enquire... believe me every agent was telling a different story and explanations. That was in 2024 around September...one I got a refund of R42 from MTN...I made follow ups about why R42 not R250 even to date I wasn't given an answer but my money is gone ! MTN such a big profit making company, de*****ing an average person like me?
