Deductions without confirmation

I need urgent assistance or I’m taking this further, you guys deducted R1766 from my account yesterday after my outstanding balance was R1100 and I paid R600 which was all I could afford.

If I do not receive my R600 back by COB I’m definitely taking this further. You guys could not even contact me knowing that I just paid R600 and you then decide to deduct R1100, does that make sense?
