Deduction of monthly funds no delivery of a handset from MTN

I have monthly cellphone deductions from MTN which date back to 05 Dec 2022 and another one 23 Dec 2023 of a monthly amount of R317.98 with no delivery of a handset from MTN. I have called MTN a number of times and there matter remains unresolved. Every month without fail both amounts are deducted and they shall be deducted for a period of 2 years. I requested a handset and the consultant promised to come back to me to date, there is nothing. I requested for the contracts to be cancelled to date there is no progress.
