DEDUCTION FROM BANK IF CARDS ARE NOT RICA FOR PAST 6 MONTHS

I got 3 contract cards from MTN, after receiving the cards instruction was to phone my service provider which I did, they told me to phone MTN - 1st no answer from the customer care service, and still no active sim cards.

5 months down the line they trying to deduct the monthly subscriptions from my bank account - I make sure to draw all my money before the can take it - but still no phone call back from the services not even from the collection department to enquire what my problem is.

I want to pay for my sim cards, and want to use it but for now they are of no use to me.
